Soooooo.... after Kiebel.de took more than TWO months to replace the keyboard, I have now discovered that 2 of the 3 red LED areas and 1 of the 3 green LED areas on the keyboard aren't working.

Does anyone know if there is any way of getting these working?

They are laminated layers, taking them apart is destructive.

So the highly competent Clevo repair people installed a defective keyboard?

Fan-frikken-tastic. I wasted more than 2 months waiting for something I could have done in less than 45 minutes myself with a keyboard bought of ebay.

Unless it got damaged in shipping by environmental factors that are pretty much impossible to detect outside of sending it out.
