how bout a review, i can only find one review from that and would really liek to know the battery life and the performance. But to your question, i think its a WIN7 problem, although im not sure.

About 10-15 mins increase in battery life from what Ive heard. I just figured people here will be more familiar w/ the program than mainstream windows users.

I'm doing this to bring my temps down. I use my laptop more like a desktop(w battery taken out).

I have no problems using rmclock in win7 64, though I have now swapped to cpugenie due to it supporting SLFM on my cpu (and 1/2 multipliers...)

I undervolted mine about 2 days ago, so I might check the battery life today or tomorrow. I'll let you know.

For the OP, when you start windows, rmclock goes on and all but the settings in profile are still the processors default? Or are they still at all the same like the first time you open rmclock? (before pressing default to get your processors voltages)?

for rmclock you need .net framework for it to save. plus use cpugenie much better. i am testing it now.

yes the x64 bit. i'm not really sure if i may purchase it though. i have to play with it to see if it is does anything to my qx9300. (give it less or more voltage) then i will know my verdict. hopefully this will be better then rmclock because it rmclock doesn't have any features for my cpu. (oh wait. lol. i just notice that we have the same. lol) ok i am just installing a game and them i will run prime95 on the different voltages. can you do the same and see what happens. on cpu genie and rmclock. don't let run at the same time.

Let us know what the max safe for this CPU- I've heard 2.66 ghz is relatively safe overclock, which I probably won't attempt on my 15" chassis.
