raid 0 does not give you performance gain in games, fyi. raid 0 is mostly for hard drive multitasking and extremely large files, like video production. here are your options.

    1) all 3 drives in raid 0 for max performance and storage.

    2) first 2 drives in raid 0 and 3rd drive independant for either backup of important data or additional storage. you will achieve benefits of raid 0 while dictating what the independant drive is used for. you also have the full storage of all 3 drives as well.

    3) first 2 drives in raid 1 and 3rd drive as independant. similar with the 2nd option but you get protection instead of performance. you will have the storage of 2 drives.

    4) all 3 drives in raid 5 for a mixture of performance and protection. you will have the storage of 2 drives.

    5) all 3 drives independant.
