I plan on purchasing a sager 5720 around christmas time and decided to grab a one GB stick from sager directly and get the other off of newegg myself to save some cash (most likely to be spent on a better HD). Anyways, is there a specific notebook RAM i need for the 5720? I know kingston is a good brand and have been contemplating

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    You need DDR2-533 (PC4200) 200-pin SO-Dimm RAM.

The RAM you posted will work just fine, Kingston is a very reliable brand.

You are purchasing direct from Sager?
You might want to check out some resellers... they are reputed to have better customer service than Sager does for their own computers!

Right Slappy. For Sager Notebooks, I recommend PowerNotebooks - I bought my Sager from them, excellent customer service. Check their rating on ResellerRatings.com. ;)

PCTorque and PowerNotebooks - both great resellers. You can't go wrong with either, I don't think.
