Does anyone here know how I could properly display non-English song titles and singers when playing foreign music on my computer?

I have been trying to do this for ages! :( I'm currently using iTunes and Realplayer. Thanks. I appreciate it. +Rep for anyone who helps! ;)

hope this is what you mean.
right click on one of the songs and go to properties.
look at the box at the top to see if it is english.if it is not and you know the song and artists name just type it in there and click apply. then click details at the top of the box and check if it has been changed in there also,if not type it in there as well and press apply.
sadly you will have to do this to each song you want changed.
i dont think there is any other way of doing it but if there is hopefully someone else will be along to help you out.

Thank you for the reply! I tried doing the same thing a long time ago. I did change the information. When I played the song again, this unknown language continued to appear. I don't know why this is happening. I did go to properties and typed in the song name and artist in Russian (these are in fact Russian and Ukrainian songs). The name didn't appear properly. This wierd computer language appeared instead. Any advice?

It sounds to me like itunes and real player just do not support the Russian and Ukrainian alphabet characters. When a program doesn't support certain languages and those languages are present, they will show up as weird computer code. The best thing i can think of is try to find some info on support for those languages via read me's and the support sections of the websites of real player and itunes, or just use transliteration.

    Hope this has helped.

Thank you for replying. I have an English/Russian keyboard. I usually just go to properties and retype the names of the song and artist in Russian. I do this for each song. However, when I play it, this wierd computer language appears. Just to give you an example:

    Любэ (Russian band name)
When I play the song, this is what appears instead: Ëþáý

Very unusual. Some wierd computer language. Seems like there's no solution to this issue. :(
