My Sager GPU fan started to rattled, so I opened it up to see what the cause is. If I apply enough pressure on the blade then manually rotate the blades, it starts to rub against the fan casing. I tried applying the same pressure on my CPU fan and it works without a hitch. So is there a way to resolve this issue without purchasing a replacement?

It looks right at first glance, but hard to say definitively.

Do you have a precision screwdriver? If the case is not aligned or tightened too tight, you may be able to disassemble it and reapply it; it would save you some money if it works out.
