This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi Guys,

    Does anyone know where I can get the rear cover for a P170EM. The cover I want is the one that covers the cpu/gpu/fans etc.

    I read a couple f threads where prices of 10 ponds were mentioned but can't find the supplier those guys used. Currently I have a quote of 40 euros for one cover from germany which is a bit steep for a piece of plastic.

    Check out MySN.de if you haven't already, I think they can sell parts. They're here every once and a while on the forums as well if you wanted to try shooting them a PM.
