    Hi,

    Can anybody please help me with RAM upgrade to 8 GB.

    I currently have 4 GB RAM ( 2GBx2 ) and I need to upgrade to (4GBx2)

    You need to provide far more information. At a minimum you need to provide the make/model of your machine. Additional helpful information is what you are going to use that much RAM for, what operating system you are using, etc...

    Its a Sager NP 8690 with 4GB RAM and Radeon HD 5870 Graphics Card

    Its my work and pleasure machine.

    I develop enterprise applications using Eclipse IDE, I run servers on it.

    I run Oracle DB on it.

    I run Virtual Machine ( Virtual Box / VMWare ) on it

    I play Games on it when not working, WoW, and CoD

    Using Windows 7 64Bit OS and Ubuntu Maverick 10.10 64Bit OS as dual boot.

    Paralel, trvelbug,

    Both of those kits would be just fine to use. I would not have any preference for either kit. Which ever vendor is easiest to buy from or deal with would be who I would go with.
