Hello, I have a Problem with my P150HM. On Startup I have a Red Screen. On external Display the Picture is normal.
Is it the Screen itself or the cable?

    Reseat the cable first.

I did it several times. Nothing changed. When I put the connector half way out there comes a Blue screen or white

That's almost certainly a bad LVDS cable.

maybe replacment of the cable would fix your issue. I kinda doubt its the panel.

It could go either way. The cable would be a much cheaper fix, hopefully that's all it is.

Worth looking at as that tends to be the side under more stress.

Can I also test it with a Screen from a Clevo W370ET? The plug seems to be the same

Yes, be sure to use your current LVDS cable though. Clevo has a habbit of using the same physical motherboard connectors but with different electrical pinouts.
