Wait you've done a pin mod on your X9000?
-
Ja a Pinmod on CPU socket to get a higher voltage and Mod on PLL to get 1066FSB.
-
Interesting, I didn't know anybody had done that with a X9000. What exactly did you mod? Might be interested in doing the same on mine, to a 1333MHz FSB...
-
It´s difficult to get that. I´ve looked the TU PLL datasheet and still dono how to get low signal to high signal.....
-
zfactor, you ever get any of the guys at work to look at the BIOS?
I'm thinking with GTA IV, I really need the extra multipliers -
he is looking at it as we speak...
-
im looking it over now. i have someone else also involved as well. im so far finding even with the menu editor it throws a error when trying to build it... the guy looking at it is pretty awesome (bios modding over at digital life). ill post back as soon as i hear more or if i can figure it out.. im off tomm all day so ill see what more i can figure out
-
wish i could find the stinking pll for the 1730.. no one seems to have it and i didnt find it anywhere on the mobo
-
Great! Can't wait to see what you find. If it can read and build the BIOS, I would be interested in a copy of the editors for my own experimentation.
Looking forward to what you can find out. -
it errors out during the build. my version of the menu editor i have is to old. i have someone i know looking at it..
-
I cant get it to work either. Same issues I had a few months ago. Looking forward to what your friends can pull out.
-
So, what's happening here?
-
Well things just sorta ended, unfortunately. We were waiting to see if somebody could hack the BIOS.
-
Anything going on Here?
-
I think the BIOS is so closed down that a special Pheonix BIOS editor is required to open it. Sadly, nothing going on here.
