    Hi,

I would to hear from anyone who has recently purchased (in the last month or so) a Clevo/Sager laptop from Reflex Notebook to perhaps share their experience dealing with the reseller. I originally thought about purchasing an NP 8130 from Malibal as they offer competitive pricing and I've read good things about them on this forum but found the customer service representative I spoke with unfriendly, unprofessional and lacking in knowledge of the product.

In regards to Reflex Notebook I am interested in hearing peoples' opinions on the quality of the customer service, the speed in which the parcel was delivered, the packaging and final state in which the package was received and confirmation that Reflex Notebook does not charge duty fees.

    Thanks :D
