    So I am building a Sager NP7851 at reflexnotebook (sager and clevo re seller in Canada) and at the end there is an option called Hassle free:
    1 x Reflex Hassle Free. We handle Warranty claims for you with Sager and we cover the cost of Two Way Ground Shipping for Sager Warranty Repairs*. By removing this option, you are responsible for warranty related shipping charges and claims.

    However just above I have this Canada Two Way Ground Shipping Coverage Add-on:
    Canada two way ground shipping service coverage add-on for Sager 1 Year Limited Parts & Labor Warranty +CA$40.80

    I dont get the difference. Other than that has anyone dealt with this company before? Are they good? The laptop that I am building is 1700CAD, and my intention is that is lasts for the next 5 years.

    Looks like it just means that you're not on the hook to send it back to the Sager repair center in Los Angeles yourself if you need repairs.

    So basically the Canada Two Way Ground Shipping Coverage is useless if you have the Hassle Free one?

    Return [Ground] shipping may not cover Duties is all, something you might need to inquire with Reflex about. Otherwise it sounds worth it to pay the extra to allow them to facilitate warranty claims for you.
