    Hey there!

I'm a pretty new member of the DTR community, and also a newbie when it comes to owning a Clevo. So I appreciate any help that a fellow owner could provide.

I already removed the screws and am now left with removing the bottom cover. As I understand, it can be a bit tough to remove the bottom cover of Clevo laptops as I've seen from HTWingNut's videos. I was wondering if that's also the case with the P870KM1, if so, any advice on how to remove the bottom cover (as in, what point to start pulling from, etc. I don't want to break the damn thing! :p)?

1st you have to make sure you already removed all screws.
Start from the front side, pulling with some force, don't worry it's not easy to break it.
    Good luck

Alright, thanks @Dr. AMK . I pulled from the back-side as it gave less resistance than the front end and it's off. Do you have an idea of where the SATA slot is?

Hot damn! I wondered why I couldn't find the 2 bays! They were right there!

And thank you, I was searching on Youtube for a P870 video and it only showed me ones for an old Toshiba P870. Turns out I wasn't looking hard enough.

    Thank you so much!

It's now installed and I'm ready to go. ;)

For future reference your M.2 slots are under the keyboard along with your wireless card and CMOS battery ;)

    Oh don't worry!
You've given me the machine AND both a tour & advice worth a lot more than that, man.
You have nothing to apologise for. ;)
