    I am looking for a replacement part for the front LCD bezel for the Clevo P170EM (or Sager NP9170 ) notebook.

    Anyone have an idea where I can find this online?

    I tried that. It is not covered under warranty and they want $199.50 for the part. Utterly ridiculous.


    There is no way that plastic bezel should be that much. I was hoping someone might know of an online retailer who might offer this. I cannot seem to find one.

    The part is: LCD Front Cover Module. Part # 6-39-P1701-013

    Wait you need the plastic part that goes around the screen? OR Do you need the actual lid so to speak, the part that goes behind the LCD (Where companies put their logo)

    We can sell you basically any part you want, and I'll give you a great deal on it, aka less than $200 lol.

    It is just the plastic part that goes around the LCD screen. As you are looking at the notebook LCD, the black plastic faceplate/bezel. It has small rubber squares that when removed, expose several screws. Once the screws are removed, it pops right off.

    According to the Clevo service manual for the P170EM, its part name/# is:

    LCD Front Cover Module. Part # 6-39-P1701-013

    Yea for sure we can get that part, just make sure you don't lose the rubber pieces, as those aren't part of it and they don't really have a part number that we can order, but yea shoot us a PM and I can get you a price on the LCD Bezel

    Off topic, but I should have gone with Mythologic. I would probably have a 680M by now, too. Lol. Props to you, Mythologic. Way to be a positive presence in these forums.
