Yes it is, but depending on the card you upgrade to you may need a larger power brick. The P151HM1 has a default 120w power supply for the 460m/560m. If you want to upgrade to the 485m/580m/6970m you'd need a 180w power supply as those cards are higher 100w TDP.
Changing the card out is simple though. Unscrew the bottom access panel, then remove the screws holding down the heatsink to the GPU and pull the heatsink off. The card should just be pulled out after that. Swap in the new card, reapply thermal paste, put back the heatsink (you may need to buy a new heatsink if you change cards as well, to be compatible with the new card), put the panel back on, and you're done.
It sounds complicated, but it's pretty quick. -
thanks malibal#2!! I hope not to replace it for awhile but just wanted to know just in case I lagged to much in BF3. Reapplying the thermal paste is a bmmer becasue I got the IC thermal compound. oh well just 20 more bucks
-
actually its quite cheap around 10 bucks for ic diamond.

You can buy from your reseller.

Follow-up question to the replacing GPU debate.
Assuming one upgrades their GPU to a 6990m, they would also need to update to the latest CLEVO Bios that recognizes a 6990m? Or will it not matter and just shows 6900 series and work fine? -

If you were thinking of getting the 485M, you should have bought it at the point of purchase. GPUs are way more expensive to buy and add later. You're better off using what you have for a year or two, taking the money you would have spent on a GPU upgrade, and using it toward a new machine. -
Saturn makes a fair point, but there are people on these boards who sell GPUs for very reasonable prices brand new from manufacturers.
That said, the additional cost of a PSU/Shipping does make it more economical to purchase it immediately, but it is nice to have a good option for those who made mistakes! -
For example, in case you made mistake and now you want to upgrade to 6990M
