    Over clocking on the video card is something you do yourself, a vBIOS isnt used to so to as its done software based. MSI Afterburner is very popular to use.

    hmm....i think he may be hinting at an overvolted vbios :) cuz overclocking-wise he knows his stuff from what ive seen ;)

    Unless you're also looking to adjust the voltage settings, you can overclock with any number of free applications out there.

    It's not just the voltage, I believe it's to get round the +135mhz overclocking limits which even at stock voltage you should be able to get past.
