    Hello, I done a bad flash to my video card on Thursday and have been looking at ways to recover. I tried all the flash methods, but the machine does not post or show any disk activity at all, even after removing hdd, so I cannot even blind flash, my only option is to reprogramme the eeprom chip where the bios is stored.

    I made a request on this forum the other day for the bios, but the bios from the clevo site contains an update.bat file that can only be used to update via atiflash.exe. The procedure of desoldering the chip and reporogramming in a programmer requires a .rom or .bin bios file I believe. Can I just change the file extension

    Could some very kind clevo 5870m owner please take an image of their bios on GPUZ and post it on this thread? I need to send it to the company who will be performing the solder/desoldering and reprogramming.

    Who are you getting to do the work? I got the 5870 bios from the Clevo site and after running the .bat file the card was borked. I also wouldnt mind a proper Clevo 5870 bios.

    Aww no, thats terrible news that file doesn't work. Does it contain this bios file? BR35951.007

    Even more desprate for a .rom file now. Can someone please copy their working clevo 5870m bios using GPUZ for us. Pleeeeeeaaasssseee
