They're DOS era though? DosBox is already the goto in that case. In many cases, it's actually better at being DOS than DOS actually is.

It's more for first generation 3D accelerated games like those reliant on Direct3D v3. That was around the time where everyone and their dog had a 3D api as well. There was also 3DFX Glide (of which Glide->Direct3D/OpenGL wrappers have been created!) and stuff like PowerVR (which funnily enough still exists at the core of Apple's ARM SoCs).

Cool. In regards to my post... I guess there are too many gray hairs on my head. Sorry. I should've put <sarcastic> tags to help it stand out a bit more.

Seems that the newer U717 / P775DM3 BIOS are uploaded to the driver page but the EC aren't. This sometimes happens when there has only been 1 version of the EC (though it may have our fan profile changes already included). You'll see on the U726 and U727 for example that there are EC 1.05.02 and 1.05.06 available. I can ask production to check the U717 EC upload.

Thanks but really that's secondary to fan control. I'm tired of choosing between throttle and airport when watching youtube videos

It also doesn't work on the P775DM3
