    Hi there,

Last month, I bought a Eurocom Sky X4C laptop. I have had a couple of issues with it and it is in its original condition. I was wondering if it is possible to return it and get a refund?

    Thanks

You need to ask them and read the terms of your order.

That's unfortunate. My initial thought is to act fast if you've already had it a month because the typical return period averages 30 days. This will depend on Eurocom, you should definitely contact them.

    - The top left corner of the back-plate was scratched on delivery
    - The laptop (even the front speaker metal mesh/grills) was covered in a white powder
    - Fingerprint is not reliable
    - The front cover of LCD is loose. It can easily be pushed in (it has audible click too)
