    Hello,

I am looking forward to buy either Sager NP8662 or NP5797, but before that I would like to have a question regarding to the return policy. I have a couple versions of Windows already, so I intend to order my Sager with no Windows installed on it. So, if I install the Windows into the machine and after couple days I decide to return it, will I be qualified for a full refund?

    Thanks

Sager's return policy is a full refund less shipping within 30 days of shipment. It does not have any impact on the return if you load your own Operating System.

What about if it is faulty? Does the warranty last any longer than 30 days if lets say, one of the fans broke? Or the LCD was cracked by simply opening the lid?

You have 30 Days from the date it ships to return it for a full refund less shipping. This is the guidelines for the 30 day return policy.

LCD's don't just crack by opening the lid. If a fan broke you would simply set up a RMA and they can cross ship a new fan. :)
