So, I've finally had to do an RMA for my 980m machine. The issues just got too much - wildly varying GPU utilization (yesterday Lords of the Fallen stayed within 90-99%, today it won't go above 60%, same area, same settings), the HDMI output being blurred on full-screen mode in some games and not in others, just too much headache for a $1800 machine.
Anyone here had to do an RMA with Sager before? They said it will take around 2 weeks, but, honestly, that's one heck of a long time to go without my main computer. I mean I have a work laptop but still, not ideal.
I'm just frustrated and lack patience at the moment. Don't think I have much choice - no idea if I can just return it to PowerNotebooks without them having checked for the various issues mentioned above. But what if they can't replicate them? I mean, I can barely replicate them on a day to day basis, but my word do they happen.

Sure it's not a driver issue ?

With RMAs you would need to talk to the office rather than myself.

Guess I'll pack it up and send it out once the new year hits. The RMA postage they sent out was valid for 20 days and I'd rather not have the New Year's holiday eat into my return time. Hopefully I'll get it back before Dying Light comes out... -
