So i emailed Malibal asking if i could use the promotion code for the ram on 12gigs instead of 8gigs at 1600, and i could pay the difference. I was planning on ordering two laptops from them. The customer support rudely responded asking me why in the world i would ask a question like that, that i must be retarded to ask such a question.... Well apologies i heard such great raves about the resellers or builders that it would not be such an issue... A simple no sorry would have sufficed...or maybe im just being sensitive and im on my man period...lol..... ANYWAYs
So to hell with Malibal. On to either PowerNotebook or XoticPC.
I was planning on ordering a Lotus p151HM1 With the i7-2630QM and 12gigs of ram. I want the GeForce® GTX 560M 1.5GB GDDR5 Thats why i did not first initially go with the NP5165. Is there any computer that would fit the price range of just short of 1000$
I see people post the P151HM1 and also call it NP8150 but on the otherwebsites the cost difference is about 250$ or so if i remember right?

The key is it would make your frustation taken more seriously if you went though the process more seriously. There are two Malibal reps on this forum everyday so they know what their customer base are. In a sense it is hard for someone to rage type their complaint to be taken seriously here if you know what I mean. Actually, customers really know the big resellers for Sager on NBR since almost all of them got representatives on this site daily lol... So you know what you are getting better than the bigger OEM's.

I talked with Malibal numerous times when deciding on a laptop and I can't imagine them saying that. I won't lie, i did get 1 or 2 responses that seemed a little short, but nothing even remotely close to what the OP is suggesting. In 99% of our dealings they were always friendly. Not responding to an email doesn't sound like them either. I have sent them emails well past normal business hours on a few occasions and always got a response almost instantly.

LMAO at OP. Yeah, we get that at my work (not computer related). Fortunately we have our phone conversations all recorded, so when the odd customer complains that they were told wrong info, cussed at, etc. we ask them for their phone number, track the call and listen to it. It is mind boggling how many manic callers restructure the actual conversation. All I can say, I agree with the earlier poster... the customer is not always right. I don't discount any complaint up front, but I will check it out and call a spade a spade when it happens. Based on my following the Sager/Clevo threads over the last year or more, OP is either an enraged maniac or from a competitor. No credibility.
