Guys, I have this laptop, and the battery now getting super hot when plugged in.

Got it from Xoticpc at ORDER DATE: AUGUST 23, 2015

I had to remove it entirely. This is a year ago or something.
Now the keyboard is acting weird I tried to get a new one from a friend of mine in Poland.

But Sager sales was too late to replay, and they couldn't deliver it in time at all.

    But it was
    1. Battery cost 120€
    2. Keyboard english us 65€
    3. Shipping to Poland 25€ with UPS

It was fine with me, but now I only have a friend in the US and xoticpc told me:
The keyboard will be $140.00 plus shipping costs.

I'm from Egypt and I saved up a lot to get this laptop, and I was pretty happy with it, but with time I'm getting more problems and more problems.

Can someone help me out, to how to get a better price for the battery and the keyboard.

Or MAYBE PLEASE, someone can help me find whats wrong with my keyboard.

It sometimes works, some times not.

The back-lights on the right side are dead. and the rest of the keyboard only lights blue lights rest LED's are dead.

And not working with alt+tab, r, d and when pressing a few buttons on the same time like ctrl+f.

And works when I open the keyboard and move it just a bit.

I tried everything and nothing works.

I re installed the windows and it worked fine for a week and now its still not working.

And now when I first started writing it was not working and now working fine after writing for a bit.

I have no idea what is wrong and I'm afraid that the new one will have the same issues. and this is really frustrating me.

Please someone help me out here. It's been over a year with these problems, and I'm not sure if I even got the replacements it will work.

And since I'm in Egypt and cannot afford travel costs at all, I can't send it over :(

Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for helping.

Do you have any heat issues with your CPU or GPU?

It's normal I would say. But the little chip just under the keyboard ribbon is steaming hot.

But it has nothing over it to cool it. I tried and used a paper to keep it from heating up the keyboard ribbon cable. But not a sure change maker.

Now just again it starts typing normally when it feels like it.

The temps are ~55 cpu. gpu not used.

And I have 2 hard drivers and removed the dvd.

It seems cable issue and it will be fixed with keyboard replacement.

If you are sure that ship is heating up the cable, then try to find a right why to protect the new keyboard cable from it, but try to find other way than the paper.

Keyboard issues is normal even with new models, so it's not a big deal, and you can use an external keyboard until your replacement arrive.

Have you try to contact PC Specialist in UK. They have spare parts. Just contact them and tell them your model no with what parts do you need. Ask them for a quote.
