Hey all, I've dug through the owners lounge for this laptop but the battery life reports are all over the place, so I figured I'd make it simpler for me and others looking for this information:

What is the Battery Life like on the (Clevo P650SE) SAGER NP8651? I've read reports of everything from 3 to 6 hours for light use, which is a huge range. Have people been able to narrow down the range yet?

    Thanks!

It depends on your definition for 'light use'. Simple web-surfing will produce run-times of ~4 hours. This usually means no video streaming (i.e. Youtube).

I was also very curious about this- and asked the owners last week. Seems like 4 hours is possible, but I've read some saying 5-6.

A bit factor is your screen type- I noticed that the review with a TN screen said 6 hours of light use. Whereas one with a 4K IPS says 2-3 hours.

My P650SE is being delivered today- and I'm determined to find a way to make the battery last as long as possible. Plugged in, I want to game. But when I'm out, I want it to last me. So I think Prema Mod and some undervolting should help me improve the battery life.

The battery life on the 4k model would be much worse. I'd personally get the 1080p IPS panel.

Yeah, I was planning on getting the 1080p IPS panel. I should have specified.
