Check the SLI cable seating and try fresh installing the drivers.

The problem is a display. It's a 4k without g sync. Someone can tell me model number of 4k g sync.

Do both your cards use the same vBIOS version and have the same memory type and manufacturer (you can check with GPUz)? Mismatches in these areas could very well cause problems with SLI synchronization which in turn could result in the issues you described.
However, since you mentioned that it works fine in windowed/borderless windowed mode makes me think it could be a problem with the SLI cable or, much less likely, one or both of the SLI connectors on the cards.
Many may not realize this, but windowed mode SLI works a bit differently than SLI in proper full screen mode, the cards use mainly the bus to communicate with each other and don't utilize the SLI cable as much as they do in proper full screen mode (which is why SLI performance and scaling is usually slightly worse in windowed modes than in proper full screen mode). It's been this way since Nvidia first added the "hack" add SLI support in windowed mode to their drivers years ago (they couldn't get it to work the conventional way without a "hack" or workaround, which may also be a reason AMD still doesn't support Crossfire in windowed mode to this day - although you can get it to glitch-work here and there on rare occasions). So that could explain why you are having issues in Full Screen mode but not in windowed/borderless window mode.Last edited: May 17, 2017 -

Certainly worth carefully reseating it.
I find when it's not I get a drop in FPS rather than black screening. -

If you are running W10 creators update, try a fresh installation of an older version.
There are a few systems reporting black screens while gaming after the recent Windows update... -
I just bought my P870KM1 From HID Evolution and can't wait to hold it in my hands. Hopefully it does not have this Problem!
