One thing that I am hung up on is whether to go for SLI or Crossfire or just a single GPU. Does SLI really make that big of a difference in performance? I'm not talking in 3dmark scores but in real world gaming performance. Here is a setup I was checking out. Take note that the price includes all the extra goodies I plan on getting when I order it.

    Price is $4028

Would this laptop be able to handle COD4-5 and Crysis without having too many heat issues. I do plan on buying a notebook cooler anyway, just to be safe. I'll need this thing to last a couple years.

    Thanks for any comments.

but SLI performance =/= 2x performance of single GPU. the increase is about 20-40%.

Back on track, that setup will/should be able to play any game already out.
