Well, I got my brand spankin' new 9260 today....and it runs like a champ, except I'm having a helluva time with drivers.

I started first with the 163.44's from laptopvideo2.go and got a lot of flickering and horizontal lines. I switched back and forth between different revisions, and the only one I've found that works is the one on the Sager support site. However, when I run 3dmark06, I'm getting around 7500, which doesn't seem right. SLI is enabled in the control panel and I've tried different SLI settings, the best that seems to work for me is AFR 1.

Also, the SLI load balancing indicators aren't showing up on screen. Do they only show up for certain profiles?

Oops, forgot to mention, I'm running 64-bit Vista.

    ok.
Firstly, the only two drivers that are tested by the community here (including myself) to work nicely for most games AND SLI, are the stock ones, and the 165.01's from LV2G. Check the 9260's owners thread.

    Good luck!

Are you running in default Futuremarks', not your screen default) resolution? What CPU are you running to hit that score?

Also, if you are not running with the internal fans forced to stay on full, your CPU may be throttling back due to heat, for self preservation.

Some of the advanced Video Drivers available give great test speeds, but fault miserably in games. The Drivers from Clevo + RivaTuner for a mild oc on the video should have your system rockin'....

I'm runing the default res for 3dmark06. I'm running a E6700 (2.66 Ghz). I am running the fans on high (Fn+1).

I'm still messing around with the drivers a bit. I tried OC'ing up just a tad, but it didn't make any significant impact. There is one more set of drivers I'm going to try this afternoon.
