    Given that MySN in Germany only offers a limited range of SSDs, based on what they have tested with the notebook so far, my P170HM will arrive with a 128 GB Samsun PM810 SSD.

    I plan to add a second 256 GB SSD, preferably one which uses SATA III.

    Are there any known compatibility issues with SSDs?
    Any recommendations regarding the type of SSD?

    PM810 (Samsung 470) is an excellent SSD. I would choose either another Samsung 470 256GB or Corsair C300.

    The new Intel 510 series being offered by Sager has actually been performing well with the Sager notebooks as well.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    The Intel 510 is the other option offered by MySN at the moment, however I decided on the Samsung 470 for the first SSD.

    I'm interested to see how the Vertex 3 drives shape up.
