I just got mine last night and havent had much time to do anything with it yet.
Just wondering if anyone has used them for anything cool yet.
I'd hate to waste them.
Also, can I set different schemes for the buttons? From what little I saw it looks like I can just set an action to each and if I wanted to change the actions, say for a different game, I'd have to go and record whole new actions losing my original actions.
Like I said, I've only had an hour or so to even touch my 9850. Probably wont get any real quality time with it until the weekend.

I admit... not a damn thing.

They are decent, the reason it's got 8 is because with the 9280 there was only two and they did have to change the commands. But what it does is record up to three presses and releases per button. You have so many i doubt you'd need more than one or two per game. I barely use them anyway, but for nighttime with little lighting i set one to special grenades and one to air strikes for Call of Duty 4 (so I don't have to look up and determine where the 4 and 6 are lol). It's easy enough to change here though, so I wouldn't worry about it. But to answer your original question you have to re-record per game. You having 8 buttons would minimize recording, just use 1 and 2 for one game, 3 and 4 for another, maybe 5, 6, 7 and 8 for a game with lots of lil actions you need lol

That's a good point. I suppose if I have no idea how to use up even two of them I shouldn't be concerned about mapping all 8 to a single game, lol.

Can they be setup for repeat action? Press once and it'll repeat a macro until you stop it?

I haven't set them up for anything yet but those are good ideas for like COD4 or other commands. I like throwing grenades...
I didn't see a repeat option on it. -
you can do up to three press/releases but no infinite repeats. Otherwise I'd use that for 9dragons just buff train everything to rank 12 no sweat
Saer 9850 and those macro keys. What have you done?
