    Sager 2090 / 5.1 channel surroundound support??

    wouldn't suggest these. I have a pair and to get the whole head phone to work you need to have it plugged into a sub input, rear input, front and center input. I've only seen a regular input on the p9262 so you would only have one set of speakers working out of the four in the head phones.

    yea just as i thought. Yeah i do pretty competitive online play cod 4 -CAL M and i use my laptop and i really need more then just regular sound .I guess ill just wait till i get a better desktop .

    The NP2090/2 only has two audio jacks (mic-in, headphone out), so it MAY be able to do a 4-channel output, but nothing more.

    what if the headphone comes with a usb connection would mean it can support 5.1?

    Yes. If it has a USB connection, it isn't relying on your sound card for the audio processing.

    You need an expresscard sound card, or usb sound card.
