    Where is the mic located in the laptop? Is the mic suppose to be any good ? because i am using it in vent and it sounds really bad and quite.. and i have outbound all the way up. How can i fix the mic / check settings if something si wrong ?. Btw my other mics work fine that i plug in so yeah.

    The integrated mic is not the best one possible, but it does the job.
    You can`t do anything wrong to it, maybe just mess up the drivers.
    What you can do is boost the microphone input volume by 20 dB, upto 30dB from the audio control panel.(if you have Realtek , just use that, if not , use you audio supplier driver)
