Hey guys i am interested in seeing the temperature your sager 2090 has.

What your IDLE temps - with no processor , gpu intensive applications running
    Cpu Core 1 -55
    Cpu Core 2 -55
    Gpu- 65

After running a video application (game with high requirements) what are your temps. ( i used grid)

    core 1 70
    core 2 73
    gpu 98 !!!!!

I i have a thread up in my gaming section dealing with my high temps. Right now most people are suggesting i call up sager :)

    Lol. No
Lavitz, you`re opening way too many threads about the same thing.
If you`re sure it`s not dust, and your laptop back is raised a bit, then CALL SAGER . You might have a defective unit.

but, seriously. your idle temps don't seem too high, but yeah your gpu temps under load are cookie baking temperatures.

everything like that has been , Everything is perfect. I have another thread up to help me trouble shoot i just want to know other peoples temps on this thread. There is no dust what so ever i used flash light its clean as it gets. The heat sinks seems to be on good. I don't see any thermal paste leakage.
I just played grid for less 20 mins. Temps are the following
    72 for each cores
    94 gpu
    Temps are dropping.

I am not familiar with the 2090, but if it has an nvidia dedicated gpu, then go to laptopvideo2go.com and install some of their drivers, this will definitely help; you will need to try a bunch until you find a stable and low temp release. If your gpu is integrated then call sager, I have no words of wisdom for that.

i was on the 169.09 and the temps were high and now i am on the new 175 and the temps are still hot.

Can you guys paste your temps. Idle and after game if you know your game temps. Also paste your location just so how i can guess how hot it is at place.

Try the 174 series, out of my tests they were the coolest for me.

i'm not 100 percent sure, but i think it was 169.04 that lowered my idle temps 5 degrees. i have the 2092 though. it should be the same though.

Wow, I never thought the 8600M gt could get that hot in the DDR2 form.
I guess you have your answer Lavits...as far as I know the DDR3 version can go upto 110C safely, according to Asus. Don`t know about the DDR2 version, but since users report such high temps, I don`t think it`s a problem.

Yeah. Maybe not but none of my sager friends who play the same games as me go this his in temps at all. They usually lower then me by... 10 C. Also in GRID i get fps drop my temps are high. like every turn is huge fps drop. Even my friend who's sager is overclocked gets lower temps then me on idle and in game.. and his 3mark score is over 5k when mine is 3800. I'm having sager call me see what they say and ill take it from there. But when my temps gets in the 90 there is definitely 10 - 5 fps drops which is brutal in grid because you can over steer or under steer and total your car.
