Did they fix your dead pixel problem also?

That did not fix my dead pixel problem. I honestly haven't noticed much except for 1 red dead pixel to the left-center. It may be the lighting where I work, I don't know, but those crystal/black dead pixels are not easy to spot. The red one is annoying, but their dead pixel policy requires at least 10 dead pixels. When I initially counted, there were around 10 bad pixels. On the return slip, it did not specify whether they looked at the screen for bad pixels or not.
