    With 3GB of RAM you will not be dual channel so you'll take a minor performance hit. Just FYI.

    But nice setup overall. :) Especially for the price!

    Go for 3gig especially if you run vista ultimate and games on it.

    Care to explain? As far as I know dual channel works in matched pairs, correct me if I'm wrong.

    I'm pretty sure Dual Channel requires both ram sticks to be of the same size.

    3GB is not dual channel,only 2 and 4 GB are dual channel
