    Hi guys

I am new to this forum, but have been reading this for quite some time and finally decided to post some questions. This is a really nice website you got going. Tons of info, but not really on 5710

    I am torn between sager 5710 & 5720.

I can not seem to find anything about 5710. I know it is based on the same design as 5720 and has less powerfull GPU, but I would like to know how bad is this card in real life experiances. I will be mainly playing WOW and Guild wars, sometime other games. I am not really a fan of FPS, like FEAR and BF.

So I was wondering if I should stick with X700 or pay about $300 premium for 7800GTX. Maybe it will be worth down the line?

    Please let know your thoughts.

    Thank you,
    Vasyl

Clevo announced there will be a Core Duo version of the 5320 hopefully within the next couple of months that will have the ATI x1600 in it. Which should be plenty to run WOW and GW.
Everyone's focused on the new 5720 at the moment, so I'm not sure when we'll see the updated 5320.

I had to go back after I realized you meant the x700 vers of the 5720; same chassis, different vid card.
The 5320 is Clevo's 15.4 in widescreen lappy.

My guess is it'll be a while before we see the 5720 with a lower card. The demand probably isn't there as much as for the new 7800/7900.
The x700 is getting pretty dated at this point, although it is a good card. It's nearly two generations behind the 7800. The 7800 is going to last you longer.

You might want to complete the FAQ in the What Should I Buy forum so we can give you some recommendations.

Guild Wars, WoW will play fine on either card, but at higher resolution on the Go7800GTX.

That was a great deal. The X700 128MB won't have any problems with those games. Let us know how it is when you get it.

    Congrats,
    Chaz

Thanks Chazman I thought so too. I figur for that price I can settle for the x700. Besides because this is my first laptop and only for fun and games I should buy this and then if laptops aint my thing I can turn around and sell it for pretty much no loss.

Ill might write a short review with some pics when I get it.
