I thought I would address this accessory question to those who would know best; other Sager and Clevo owners. Can anyone recommend a good, rugged laptop backpack for my 5760? I'm deploying to Iraq in the
next month and I need something dependable that has enough space to hold my
    laptop and accessories.

    Thanks!

Thank you very much for your service. I wish I knew a thing about laptop bags to help you in return, though nothing I could say or do could ever repay you.

You may have gotten more responses about this in the Accessories forum this the size is the only determining factor as to whether or not it would fit. The other specs on the 5760 shouldn't have too much to do with the bag needed. There is a link there with a large number of bag manufacturer's if you wanted to browse as well.

I have a Heys ePac17 for my 17" Sager and I really recommend it.

Have a look at this topic where I talk about the capacity and post some pictures.

That looks absolutely outstanding; I assume its quite rugged? The only other question I have, does it fit in the overhead compartments on airplanes? lol, it looks like a beast!

It is pretty tough, definitely. I imagine you would have no difficult stuffing it in an overhead compartment, but don't plan on stacking it on top of something ;)

I got the STM large loop backpack for my future laptop if that's any help... although I would have to say that I know of at least two more backpacks that are probably more rugged than the STM backpack, one being the python XL backpack from booq.
