I was just wondering if anyone knew if the Sager 5792's have HDMI ports with the new 8800GTX cards in them? Been shopping for a gaming laptop for a month or two now and have been looking to the Sager as the best option money/tech wise. My only gripe is that they have no true HDMI ports as I would like to hook up the laptop to game off my 46" 1080p LCD. All the other laptops I've been seeing lately all have the HDMI ports and even notice Gateway's new P series laptops will have them too.

Or even better if I should hold out a bit and wait for Sager to hopefully release a model with them built in? If not, you guys know if there is a noticeable decrease in image quality using a DVI-HDMI cable?

    Thanks.

No HDMI but you can get a DVI to HDMI converter.

im pretty sure since its all digital either way there is no loss of image quality...the only thing is there is no sound in the same cable...though i imagine most of the time you will run audio through a surround sound system not the tv.
