With my Sony VAIO Z dying, I am looking at getting a new computer. I've narrowed down my choices to the SAGER NP8130 w/the following build:

15.6" 1920 x 1080 FHD LED Backlit 95% NTSC Color Gamut Matte Display
    Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM, 6MB L3 Cache, 2.0-2.9GHz
    (16GB) 16384MB, PC3-10660/1333MHz DDR3 - 4 SO-DIMM
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 560M 1.5GB GDDR5
    500GB 7200rpm 2.5" SATA 300

Primary uses will be heavy photo-editing (Photoshop & Lightroom) so the 16GB RAM and excellent screen will be a sweet addition. The current 8GB on my VAIO doesn't cut it.... I also occasionally game so the processor and graphics card will also be put to good use. Any input would be appreciated!

The reason I am picking Sager/Clevo is after reading through the various threads on these boards - it seems to be a very good machine for a reasonable price. However, it seems Sager is resold under various names.... Do all the resellers pretty much have similar return/exchange policies? Do they follow Sager's policy?

You definitely want to buy through a reseller, and all should offer a very similar warranty.

I recommend buying through either www.xoticpc.com or www.malibal.com

Hi, every Sager Reseller should have the same return policy as Sager. We also have a 100% 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and a 100% Quality Assurance Guarantee. :)

In addition, one of our customers who owns a Lotus P151HM1 / 8130 just recently uploaded an HD vid of him playing Just Cause 2 on it - you might want to check it out. Temps are in the top left corner: YouTube - ‪just cause 2 on clevo P151HM1‬‏

i would recommend one of the resellers who post here like malibal, xotic, myth, lpc... i would check each one's site as they offer free upgrades that my be useful like myth who offer 1600mhz ram and color calibration for the screen which would be useful for photo editing. also resellers post here often so u cant go wrong as long as u stick with one of the companies that is active in the forums as they always seem to extremely useful like xotic and malibal.
