Two weeks ago, I spilled water on on my sager 8690 laptop. I had to replace the power adapter, but my system is running again with the exception of a few keys that do not respond. They are the "0" "-" "p" "[" ";" "." and "/" keys; all of which are in a row on the 8690, so it is probably due to some local damage in that area. Is there a way to open the keyboard and see if it can be fixed?

Here's a link to the service manual for the W8xxCU line (rebranded as Sager 8690) courtesy of NBR member Theriko:

I'm not sure if you'll be able to fix it by examining the keyboard- the switches may be ruined. You may want to contact your retailer or check around on places like eBay to see if you can purchase a replacement keyboard.
