Installed a new SATA hd into the sager, but Windows Vista 64 doesn't see it. It is a genuine copy of windows and there are no cracked service packs what so ever. However, it is seen in the BIOS and the windows device manager. any idea what's wrong?

Is the hard drive initialized and formatted?

Right click on My Computer and go to Manage. Then go to Disk Management and see if the drive is there on the bottom right side. (It may need to be initialized or formatted) Right click on the drive and it will give you options to format/initialize etc..
