Had a nasty mbr virus i couldn't get rid of..so I deleted partitions went to bios and did fn+b while in bios to recover bios I believe it flashed bios and vbios can't remember. I've been researching and troubleshooting for over 2 weeks. I've tried power reset, cmos reset.. Removed everything and the only thing to keep it from restarting every 10 seconds is taking the ram out and yes I've tried using a single ram in every slot single gpu etc. Here are my symptoms.

    Sager np9377 clevo p377sma
    -black screen
    -no post
    -constant restart
-recovery bios cmd makes fans go off and on with power led flashing. (Using flash drive in hybrid sata/usb2.0 slot)
    -no beeping
-flash drive lights up when I do fn+b but I'm blinded and Idk if I'm suppose to press anything.. But usually if I press down down enter right before it shuts down my pc will restart with 6 maybe 7 led power flashes with one pause flash in a loop while fans spin off n on.
-with ram powers on for 10-12secs and without ram powers on for around 1min. Fn+b prolongs power on time.
-tried running hdmi to tv to get sight and it shows hdmi3 input as something is connected but has no signal.
-I had prema bios then used the recovery fn+b in which Idk what bios it tried to flash with

I'm pretty much broke atm and want to try anything I can to fix this myself with the help of u all of course.. so please help me get my machine up and running! I'd appreciate it.

Slow down a little there. You deleted the partitions and then tried to do a BIOS recovery and every since it has not booted? Did you also match the ECU to the new version you were flashing? What file did you flash? It's likely however your BIOS is corrupt and needs flashing manually with the full BIOS.

Possible to flash EC with fn+b? I believe I flashed it with
    Only for P377SM-A
    EC V 1.03.09
    &
    BIOS V 1.03.10
Then I did the fn+b recovery without flash drive.. Idk I could of left it in not sure I was so stressed with the virus issue I was trying everything to rid of it.

But when I did fn+b during bios options restored defaults then a extra menu section popped up after the exit area and I just remember it asking me if I was sure to continue.. Idk why but I think it said something about vbios I could be mistaken and computer restarted with loop.. What other steps do u think I could try?
If I did mess up vbios would it cause no post? I wish my memory was clear of everything to make this easier. It could of been a bad vbios too because some nvidia files kept getting detected as trojans and I wanted to do whatever I could to rid of it. My computer has been thru he'll this month.

No, the vbios is flashed using a different utility. Never flash firmware in a panic. You may need to get the BIOS chip re-programmed manually.

Is it the chip that says bios under it? There is another chip beside it that says "me" what tool should I get to do it myself? Sure there is nothing else I could try? Maybe I don't have the right name for bios file for recovery to detect?
