Does anybody have a sager 98XX, I am very interested in it. 3.6GHz P4, 2GB RAM, 7800GTX. Is it good quality? Does it feel "cheap" or plasticky. I know it's not very cheap. It came in from powernotebooks.com at around $3200 USD. I don't really care about the battery so.... I just want to know about the quality. Chazman said his sager 5320 is good qaulity. But it looked like it in the pictures. The 9890 is so big it looks plasticky. I just wanted to know what you thought.

Anybody? I don't think many people on here have these computers. But at least tell me your thoughts even if you don't have a sager.

A co-worker has the Hypersonic version. It's got the 6800 Go Ultra. Lemme tell you, it's a massive monster. His is painted green and we call it "The Hulk." It's very well-built with lots of metal and high-quality plastic. At nearly 14 pounds, it's not for everyone. He does a lot of very high-level scientific and engineering work, so all that heavy-duty hardware comes in handy. I saw Doom 3 on The Hulk and it looked spectacular.

    Hope this helps!

Cool, I think it might be a little bit too big now that I think about it haha. So it's either the 5720, or the XPS M170.

I'd go with the Sager - better looks (my opinion) and build quality than the Dell.

The 5720 is my notebook, just the 17" version - both are in my user's manual. I choose mine because I don't want a 17" - that's as big as my desktop!
