Okay. So I went on Sager's website and found the actual adapter from them, Item# ACA-2090.
I did a google search on that item number and it gave me this part number: LSE9901A2070.
I google that part number and got this website, which tells me that the connector size is:
Which does not match the connector size of the adapter you have linked in your original post:
The OD matches but not the ID. So not sure if the ID would restrict it there?

No, that's the same ID as the one you were looking at before.
I think you need an ID of 1.70mm, not 2.50mm.
And where did you find this information:
Is it what's written on your current adapter? Do you actually currently have a LiteOn PA-1900-24?
Look on your current adapter and give me all the information that it says, model number, everything. If I know exactly what your Sager needs then I'd do a better job at trying to find an adapter that will work instead of guessing.
