If I get replace the HDD, is it possible to install the BIOS that came with the laptop? Also, if I install a new OS, does it remove the Sager BIOS?

The system BIOS is not on the HDD, it is stored on a EEPROM (Electronic Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) which is on your notebook's motherboard, so the BIOS won't be changed even if you put a new HDD in your machine or if you install a new OS... so don't worry :)
