I had a few questions to ask Sager regarding warranty and decided to Google their phone number. I found their official website and tried both Sales and Technical Support ...but got rejected since Canadian area codes are blocked.

Is there a specific Canadian number, or does everyone in North America deal with their office in City of Industry, California?

It's not a big deal, since I can ask my reseller this question, but just found it strange how we're blocked ...lol

The 800 number on the Sager sites will not accept Canadian numbers, you'd have to call their local number at your expense of long distance fees. You can call them if you have a subscription to Skype via their 800 or local number.

We'll gladly answer any warranty questions you have, either via this forum or PM. If you want to talk to a person give me a PM and we'll discuss it further.
