I have a Sager NP7850 notebook, and recently the Memory Overclocking Utility crashes when I try to open it, and under the task tray, it says "CPU Memory OC OFF." How do I fix it from crashing/turn it back on even? Couldn't find a solution anywhere, and I tried reinstalling the Control Center Utility, along with every single one of my drivers. Can somebody help me before I trash this damn laptop? Thank you.![]()

Had you previously set an unstable value?
-
Nope. What happened was that the Control Center Utility had been giving me issues, along with Flexikey, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall all of my drivers. I guess something screwed up now, because Control Center and Flexikey work, but now the CPU Utility doesn't work. Super frustrating. Thanks

Before it started constantly crashing I did set an unstable value in an attempt to find a stable value. Any tips on what I should do?

Download the stock drivers from our website and re-install them. Double check you get everything from our list.

Any specific order I should install them in? I have had some troubles before for installing them in the incorrect order.

Chipset, Intel, Nvidia and then all the rest.

Uninstalled and reinstalled all of the drivers one at a time, in order, still can't open the CPU OC program.
The rest of the Control Center features work normally. -
Update: I installed the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (since I learned that the Clevo utility uses that base) and after that the CPU OC program opened BUT it displays both CPU frequency and temperature as zero. This also happens in the Intel XTU software as well.

I think something has got corrupted along the way, xtu should not need to be installed separately.
