Tell me if I have this right...

Clevo is the manufacturer of all the Sager products. Sager rebrands the Clevo products and resells them. The warranty is offered by Sager, NOT Clevo.

Now, since Sager offers the warranty, is the warranty considered a manufacturer's warranty or just a reseller's warranty?

Also, most of the resellers besides Alienware, Eurocom, etc. just rebrand Sager's notebooks, correct?

Yes,the warranty is offered by Sager. Anything breaks,Sager replaces it.
Eurocom do not rebrand Sagers , they get it directly from Clevo.
Alienware used to work with Clevo in the past, now they stopped.
    Check out Gophn's Clevo guide.

Sager buys the barebones from Clevo. Sager then manufactures the laptop.

Some still are. The m15x is however among the worst products they ever released.
Back to the matter at hand, Clevo has 3 major NAmerican resellers,Sager,Pro-Star and Eurocom.

Yes, Clevo is the Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) of all Sager models except the NP2092 (Compal IFL92). Sager is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) that takes the Clevo (or Compal) barebones and manufacturers it into a working laptop. See http://www.powernotebooks.com/articles/index.php?action=fullnews&id=17

Therefore the Sager warranty is a manufacturer's warranty, but is also backed by Clevo's warranty to Sager. For example, Sager will do all of the warranty repairs, but will then return defective Clevo parts to Clevo for replacement (or Compal).

Eurocom, Sager and Pro-Star are all importing/OEMs. Other non-importing/OEMs and resellers will buy their Clevo barebones from one of those three and then rebrand them. The consumer warranty is then backed by the non-importing/OEM or reseller, which, as long as they stay in compliance with Clevo requirements, will be backed by the importing/OEM.
