thx i have just found them on google, do you know if they carry these as stock items or they are configured to order? Also are Sager/Clevo reliable gaming laptops, i have been looking at Alienware but i keep hearing people refer to these as a good alternative.

put it this way. i owned an alienware for a nightmare 19 days and got a refund and bought a kobalt 3 years ago and its been the best gaming laptop ive ever owned.
these clevo laptops are built to spec so can take some time depending on how many are in the queue.

I'm debating between pcspecialists and Kobalt at the moment, it's looking like it's going to come down to price as I'm not to bothered about lead time. But be sure to check that out before buying as it can be quite a long while from what I've heard.

I'm just going to see what comes out at the best price and buy asap. Waiting for both of them to come back to me following emails I've sent in actually. So it might end up coming down to whoever comes back to me first lol.

But I would be very interested to know if I could be considering alternative vendors to these two if anyone knows of any others.

I think I just replied to my original ticket to be honest.

/edit it's been exactly 1 month since I opened the ticket, you would think I would be decided by now lol but it's a hell of a lot of money for me so I want to be 100%

Not here to rant or discuss, but I was in the same boat as you a bit over 2 years ago and I definitely regret choosing Kobalt Computers now. A Google search of "kobalt computers review" should give you an idea of what I'm talking about. On the other hand, my initial experiences with them were very nice and they are cheap compared to other European companies. As you said, it is a hell of a lot of money, so take your time before making your decision.

I'm in the same boat. My last 2 laptops have been an AW and then an XPSM1730 and tbh the Customer Service I received from Dell has been second to none (i've had a couple of faults and theres been an engineer with a part on my door the next day) - which does sway me back towards AW - but they are considerably more expensive......

Sorry, forgot to say - Are Rock not Sager / Clevo resellers too (though again seem pricey!)
