    Hi, Everyone

I just sent a email to Sager's customer service email address asking some general questions about ordering and payment for one of their products (NP8690, Five minutes later a response was sent answering my questions. The weird part is when i received the response to my questions it was almost the exact same reply as the email I sent them a week ago. I'm not sure if its my fault for asking the same/similar questions, but I feel a bit uneasy as I think all the questions were just replied with copy paste answers. Although they are quite informative, I don't really feel reassured about the answers.

I've never made a online purchase from overseas before, so I'm kind of asking alot of questions to make sure I don't run into any problems.

Do you think it would be better to call their sales/customer service lines directly and see their respones? (I'm from NZ so I would need to buy a phone card to call or I'll get charged international tolls)

If anyone wants to see a copy of the emails PM me or leave a message. Not sure how you attach a file here.

    Thanks

If you feel uneasy, give them a call. I heard they are very helpful and besides, it helps to talk to a real person when making such an expensive purchase. Good luck.
