But I think the limit is only one can access the shared library at a time. A workaround is to have multiple accounts. Not one per person. But closer to one per game. One per game would offer no limits, but be a hassle. So maybe use several, and rotate purchases between them.

As for the giveaway, it is mainly on Facebook and Twitter. You can check the links on the first page. For this forum, there will be one day only that there is a post made that you need to respond to. Then from that post a couple of winners will be chosen. So your best chance is Facebook/Twitter. Don't do that and they thread, as they mentioned looking for duplicates. Beside, I think the thread was mostly for those that do not, will not, have facebook or twitter.
